Fabian Lange
Fabian Lange studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin. He has been licensed to practice in German courts since 2007.
After completing his studies, Lange worked for firms specializing in international commercial law where he primarily represented international corporate clients. His professional responsibilities included overseeing the buying of companies, establishing corporations and managing real estate transactions.
Lange has completed specialist legal training in banking and capital market law at the Berlin-based institute, the Deutsche Anwaltsakademie. He is a member of the German Bar Association, the German-American Lawyers' Association, and the British-German Jurists' Association.
He is fluent in English and German.

Sebastian Schmäcke studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin. He has been licensed to practice in German courts since 2007.
Schmäcke augments the office as a cooperating partner in his capacity as a tax law specialist. In 2007, Schmäcke successfully completed his training in tax law. He is a member of the German Bar Association. He can negotiate in English and German.
